Salina FUMC in Salina, Kansas, is seeking a full-time Next Gen Director to lead ministry for children and youth from birth through age 18. This is an opportunity to bring fresh vision, energy, and leadership to ministries with a strong foundation - including engaging spaces, committed volunteers, paid university interns, and a history of meaningful experiences such as VBS, camps, mission trips, and service opportunities.

The Next Gen Director has the opportunity to shape a unified vision for children’s and youth ministry, equip volunteers, oversee interns, strengthen connections with families, create meaningful faith experiences, and become an active presence in the Salina community.
