As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and staff, the Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality.

- Serve as the primary customer service representative at the front desk and by phone.
- Assist residents with maintenance requests and general inquiries.
- Operate the phone system and software including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Canva.
- Coordinate communication between departments and residents.
- Manage resident onboarding tasks such as creating welcome binders and access badges.
- Distribute internal communications like daily activity puzzles and notices.
- Maintain documentation such as resident photo directories and pest service logs.
- Support administrative needs including business card creation, gift shop form updates, and various projects as assigned.
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with housing, hospitality, and healthcare services for seniors is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be able to multitask, work independently, and handle occasional physical demands (up to 50 lbs.)
