Job Summary
This is a year-round part-time position that requires the oversight of day-to-day food service operations, including staffing, planning, maintaining inventory, ordering, preparing and serving healthy and appealing meals to campers, guests, volunteers, and team members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, and maintaining safe food handling practices. Additionally, they will lead all facets of food service at camp, including meal preparation, scheduling, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
