Job Title
We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Plant Manager at our St. Elmo, IL manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities
- Implement plant-specific vision to assure continuous improvement and understanding of the corporate vision.
- Direct all production line leaders on their roles and responsibilities throughout the day.
- Promote employee engagement and development to maximize manufacturing, quality, and productivity goals.
- Communicate results and action plans to all employees and managers.
- Collaborate directly with production planning and materials management to improve scheduled completion and customer service.
- Communicate directly with Human Resources to ensure employee issues or concerns are correctly addressed and resolved.
- Collaborate with finance to create a budget to ensure that financial allocations and obligations are set, administered, and met.
- Initiate cost savings measures relating to crewing, standards, and yields.
- Evaluate and implement autonomous maintenance practices.
- Maintain safe and controlled plant operations.
- Ensure all quality and regulatory standards, specifications, and policies are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
- Combination of experience and education in lieu of educational requirement.
- At least 3 years' supervisory experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, engineering, or other Supply Chain functions.
