IT Intern - Design & Development

Christian Brothers Services (CBS) is a nonprofit organization providing health, retirement, risk, and consulting solutions to Catholic organizations nationwide. With more than 250 employees, CBS delivers mission-driven services through strong financial stewardship and operational excellence.

We are seeking a motivated IT Intern – Development & Design to support the Development & Design team within the Information Technology Services (ITS) division. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting application testing, data analysis, and technology development initiatives.

This is a structured, paid summer internship designed to provide meaningful work experience and direct mentorship.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with testing applications and documenting results to ensure system functionality and accuracy

• Analyze data and create reports to support system performance and operational needs

• Support documentation of testing results and technical processes

• Collaborate with IT team members to support ongoing technology initiatives

• Assist with troubleshooting and identifying issues during testing cycles

• Support application development activities as needed
