RWE Design Build is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Interior Design Intern to join our growing team for Summer 2026! This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week) for the 2026 summer season.
The Interior Design Intern will support the design team through material library management, sample coordination, project documentation, and administrative support tasks that help keep projects running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative design-build environment.
Key Responsibilities
Material Library & Vendor Coordination
â Maintain and organize the materials library (samples, binders, finish organization, and overall tidiness)
â Schedule and coordinate library updates with vendor representatives
â Request samples and obtain finish lead times for active projects
â Prepare and assemble sample packages for clients and project managers
Project & Cost Support
â Maintain and update internal spreadsheets tracking average product costs
â Support finish selections and documentation processes
Technical Support
 Perform Basic Revit Tasks Including
â Sheet setup
â View setup
â Schedule creation
â Must have working knowledge of Revit and be comfortable navigating the software
Team Support
â Coordinate and schedule team lunches and place catering orders as needed
â Provide general administrative support to the design team

Requirements
- Must be actively in college for an Interior Design degree
- Familiarity with Revit, InDesign & AutoCAD
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional communication skills when coordinating with vendors and internal teams
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
