We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Communications Intern to support the Marketing and Communications team. This internship provides hands-on experience creating content, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and contributing to internal and external communications across multiple channels.
This is a structured, paid internship designed to provide meaningful work experience and direct mentorship.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week (Tuesday – Thursday)

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Marketing Support
- Assist with creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels
- Write articles, recaps, and feature stories for the CBS Connect intranet
- Assist with developing and scheduling social media campaigns and content
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
- Coordinate with the Digital Media Designer to support email campaigns and Salesforce marketing activity
- Assist with organizing digital assets and file management inventories
Storytelling & Member Engagement
- Collect and organize member stories, testimonials, quotes, and photos for marketing use
Analytics & Reporting
- Support marketing analytics and reporting by assembling new business summary reports
Collaboration & Creative Development
- Participate in marketing and communications brainstorming sessions
- Collaborate with the writing team to draft, review, and edit marketing content
