PAY RATE: $23.01 Hourly (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary:
Responsible for providing overall administrative support for the Human Services department. Networks with various CAP managers/departments as well as outside agencies. Provides supplemental administrative support to the Disaster Relief Program during a response.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides Human Services upper management administrative assistance with finances, meetings, outcomes measurement, Continuous Improvement initiatives, maintaining the Human Services organizational chart, and reporting as needed. Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and revising monthly stat forms and for compiling the Human Services End of Year Statistical Report. Completes the Human Services annual budget. 65%
- Administers and ensures compliance for the Summer Food Service Program grant and the Child and Adult Care Food Program grant. 25%
- Provides assistance and information to other departments/programs as needed. Responsible for the Human Services office building, greeting and directing visitors. Assist with Human Services program activities. 10%

Qualifications:Education:
Associates in Related Field Required
Bachelors in Related Field Preferred
Years of Experience:
5 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Extensive related experience may substitute for education requirements and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Certifications and Licensure:
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification* (or ability to obtain within first 90 days) Required
*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
