PAY RATE: $18.64 Hourly (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary:
Responsible for conducting in-school activities to engage students throughout the year. Assists the Manager and Coordinator with on-site camp activities and initiatives. Assists with engaging youth and teens in Leadership focused programming throughout all components.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for conducting in-school activities that engage students throughout the year, including providing presentations, tutoring, and classroom assistance.
- Assists the Manager and Coordinator with various aspects of on-site activities, including integrating leadership activities initiatives throughout summer camp programming, assisting with all aspects of camp facilities upkeep, and planning, scheduling, and hosting groups.
- Engages youth and teens in leadership-focused programming throughout all components.

Qualifications
Education:
Associates Degree In a Related Field Required
Bachelors Degree In a Related Field Preferred
Years of Experience:
3 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience.
Certifications and Licensure:
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification* (Ability to Obtain within first 90 days) Required
CPR/First Aid/Bloodborne Pathogens/AED (or ability to obtain) Required
*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, walk
Lift 50 lb from floor to waist
Carry 50 lb for 240 ft
Push with 30 lb of force 6 ft
Lifts/moves items with unknown weight or that are awkward shapes and sizes with assistance
Have good visual acuity with corrective lenses
Have good hearing capabilities
Ability to interact with youth and teens in games and sports activities
