PAY RATE: $18.64 Hourly (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary:
Performs administrative and interpersonal functions needed to assist Home Repair families in obtaining financing for repairs to existing and new construction as needed, administers grant/loan funds for those projects, compiles statistics which track the performance and outcomes, and administers bookkeeping for both regional managers including coding invoices and obtaining contractor information. Assist in administration duties during a Disaster Response.
Essential Job Functions:
- Reviews financial data of participants to assist families in obtaining financing for rehabilitation of existing homes and on occasion for new homes. Prepares and submits grant documentation for both regional managers. Serves as a specialist for obtaining outside funding. Codes invoices for both Home Repair Managers and submits to finance. Collaborates with contractors to obtain bids, clean contract, certificate of liability and workers comp.
- Develops and maintains filing systems for all project related correspondence. Provides administrative support to both regional managers in Home Repair in all facets of their responsibilities including updates, stats and gathering data for FAHE. Takes staff meeting notes for regional managers and submits.
- Provides administrative support during a disaster response.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent General Studies Required
18 Months Additional Training In related field Required
Years of Experience:
3 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Certifications and Licensure:
CAP Driving Certification* (or ability to obtain within first 90 days) Required
*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
