What are the responsibilities and job description for the GIK DISTRIBUTION SERVICE ASSOCIATE- SV position at CHRISTIAN APPALACHIAN PROJECT GROUP?
PAY RATE: $15.72 Hourly (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary:
Performs a variety of duties within the Operation Sharing warehouse, assisting both Cap Programs, Donors, Recipients, and any other Customers
Essential Job Functions:
- Serve recipients in a 20-minute format in selecting GIK and loading GIK as needed.
- Schedule appointments and verify completion of distribution forms by recipients, while maintaining inventory control.
- Operates forklift for restocking GIK and maintains appearance of area, while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent General Studies Required
Years of Experience:
1 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Certifications and Licensure:
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification* (or ability to obtain within first 90 days) Required
*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
DOT Medical Card Required
Forklift Certification (or Ability to Obtain) Required

Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, walk
Lifts/moves items with unknown weight or that are awkward shapes and sizes with assistance

Push with 14 lb force for 324 ft
Have good visual acuity with corrective lenses
