What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Director Christian Academy Foundation position at Christian Academy?
CA Patriots Foundation (CAPF) is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the organization’s day-to-day operations, fund development efforts, program design and relationship-building efforts. Candidates interested in this position should be highly relational and results-driven leader with demonstrated commitment to faith-based organization leadership as well as humanitarian causes.
CAPF is a faith-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization to perform part of the function of and to carry out the purposes of Christian Academy; and to support its mission by seeking and raising funds.
The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. or B.A. in human services, public administration, business or social work with at least three (3) years of administrative experience, including directing and managing a non-profit or human services program.
Must have knowledge of preparing and monitoring budgets and working with multiple funding sources and maintain relationships with other professional, social services and religious groups in the community. Solid organizational abilities, including planning, delegating, program development, attention to details and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic with a high degree of energy. Must have a passion for Christian education.
This position reports directly to the Board of Directors and works in collaboration with our volunteers and donors. Salary commensurate with experience.
