Preschool Teacher or Aide – Full-Time
Our preschool department is looking for individuals who are:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma (required)
- CDA or Early Childhood Certificate (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in Early Childhood or Childcare (preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education and literacy skills with a biblical worldview
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment for preschool-aged children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to childcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
Position Details:
- Full-time with health benefits
- Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts
- Location: On-campus | In-person
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
