Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Assist sales agents by showing homes to their clients
- Give clear, written feedback to help fine-tune clients’ home search
- Help write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent and clients
- Spend at least 10 hours a week on lead generation
- Join in weekly script practice sessions with the team
- Take part in team activities as expected
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
