Responsibilities
- Guide clients comprehensively through the entire process of buying, selling, or leasing properties, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
- Monitor the Idaho Falls real estate market consistently to remain informed about property valuations, market dynamics, and new listings.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other industry stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare, review, and interpret offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee property showings, open houses, and client meetings to effectively showcase listings.
- Conduct negotiations on sales agreements with the objective of achieving optimal outcomes for clients.
- Employ Place’s advanced technological tools to enhance communication, document management, and transaction oversight.
- Valid Idaho real estate license
- Strong knowledge of Idaho Falls market
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Proven negotiation and closing experience
- Proficient with real estate software and MLS
- Self-motivated with strong organization
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Professional and ethical conduct
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Completion of PLACE training required
