As a Showing Assistant, you’ll support active buyers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while developing practical knowledge of the real estate transaction process. Comprehensive training and professional tools will help you deliver a consistent, confident experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and training through PLACE New Agent Launch
• Partner with the lead agent to assist buyers throughout the home search process
• Conduct showings and provide detailed feedback to help refine client needs and search criteria
• Communicate regularly with clients who are under contract to provide updates and ensure a smooth experience
• Support the offer process, including drafting and negotiating contracts under the direction of the lead agent
• Attend home inspections, walkthroughs, and closings as needed to support clients and the team
• Coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction to help keep deals on track and timelines met
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
• Participate in weekly script practice and skill development sessions
• Attend all required team meetings, trainings, and activities
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and ongoing professional development
• Accurately track all tasks, communications, and activities within PLACE technology systems
