Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT issues promptly
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and applications
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed
- Assist in troubleshooting system and network problems
- Document technical procedures, issues, and resolutions
- Support data management and reporting activities
- Collaborate with IT team members on system improvements
- Assist with user account management and access control
- Participate in testing and deployment of new IT solutions
- Maintain IT asset inventories and track equipment status
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Entry-level experience or relevant internships in IT support or analysis
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Preferred: Knowledge of common IT support tools and ticketing systems
- Preferred: Basic scripting or technical certification such as CompTIA A
