- Provide occupational therapy services based on your licensure and scope of practice
- Evaluate or treat residents to improve independence with daily living skills and functional activities
- Develop or carry out individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes

Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Arkansas Occupational Therapist or COTA license or eligibility
- New graduate therapists encouraged to apply
