We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team in Pacific.

What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy services based on your licensure and scope of practice
- Evaluate or treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Develop or carry out individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
- Maintain excellence in documentation, compliance, and clinical quality
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support patient centered care

Qualifications
- Physical Therapy degree or graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Missouri PT or PTA license or eligibility
- New graduate therapists encouraged to apply
