We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead our rehab team as Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) in Doniphan.

What You'll Do

• Lead, support, and develop the therapy team
• Manage daily rehab operations, scheduling, and staffing
• Provide physical therapy services based on your licensure and scope of practice
• Evaluate or treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Develop or carry out individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
• Maintain excellence in clinical care, documentation, and compliance
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support patient centered care
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and facility partners

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree or graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Missouri PT or PTA license or eligibility
• Previous DOR or leadership experience preferred or a strong interest in leadership
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
• Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
