Responsibilities
- Operate laundry machines efficiently, ensuring all linens, towels, and guest items are cleaned to the highest standards
- Sort, fold, and organize laundry items with precision and care
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and service corridors through regular custodial tasks
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to uphold a spotless environment
- Support housekeeping management by restocking supplies and assisting with room turnovers as needed
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning processes to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks during deep cleaning projects or special events to maintain hygiene standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting the overall guest experience
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks effectively
