Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Housekeeping team- a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!
What are we looking for?
- A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
- A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
- 1 years of service industry experience and Housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- Passion for cleanliness and organization
- Flexible schedule- availability to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move around the laundry area for the entire shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery in a hot, fast-paced environment
- Clean, press, sort, and organize all resort linens
- Complete guest dry‑cleaning and special requests
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient laundry work area
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail—every item matters
- Adapt quickly to changing needs and multitask effectively during busy periods
- Solve problems in a calm, professional manner
