What You’ll Do
- Service and maintain existing homeowners and auto insurance policies
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
- Provide outstanding customer service to support client retention
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and sell new home and auto policies
- Work directly with carriers to ensure efficient policy servicing and issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
- Support retention efforts and contribute to overall agency growth
Required:
- Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License
- Minimum 1 year of personal lines insurance experience
- Experience servicing home and auto policies
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Base salary of $55,000
- Retention commission: $2,000 – $10,000
- New business commission: $4,000 – $10,000
