We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home care, assisted living, nursing homes, and community programs. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for residents and clients through attentive, respectful, and personalized care. Prior experience in senior care, memory care, or working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued. Duties

• Assist residents and clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patients’ health status by observing vital signs and overall condition
• Administer medications and assist with medication management following care plans and HIPAA regulations
• Support patients with Alzheimer's, dementia, autism, or other developmental disabilities through specialized memory and behavioral care techniques
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Use assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfer and mobility assistance
• Document patient progress accurately in compliance with care plans and healthcare regulations
• Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Previous experience in senior care, home health, hospice, or group home environments preferred
• Knowledge of patient observation, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and basic nursing skills
• Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training are highly desirable
• Experience working with individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, autism, or developmental disabilities is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and operate assistive devices safely
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to provide quality patient-centered care
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; prior experience in assisted living or long-term care settings is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
