What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surveillance Operations Officer position at Choctaw Nation?
Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will provide administrative support to the Surveillance Department. Manage the flow of information from Site Surveillance Associates and Sr. Leadership. Review data. You will report to the Surveillance Director.
Location : Durant
Schedule : Regular/Full-Time - Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay : $23.35

Primary Tasks:
1. Manage data reporting processes between Surveillance Departments and the Leadership Team, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
2. Collaborate with Surveillance Associates and Surveillance Admin to ensure accurate tracking and storage of weekly updates, criminal acts, subpoena requests, associate hire data, and additional reports.
3. Assist Admin Team with revising and optimizing forms, tools, and Standard Operating Procedures.
4. Manage the requisition process for Surveillance Technology and Surveillance Admin Department while coordinating order support across brand locations.
5. Maintain and prepare capital purchase requests and maintain accurate documentation for all equipment received.
6. Process RMA and equipment demonstration documentation, coordinating shipping arrangements when required.
7. Identify and implement process improvements for data reporting and interdepartmental communication.
8. Administer and manage the associate contact card program (birthday, bereavement, thank you, etc.), monthly notices, and additional communications on behalf of Surveillance Admin.
9. Compile end-of-month mileage reports and maintain organized records of technician field receipts.
10. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of casino departmental operating procedures, MICS & TICS
- General computer/typing of 40 wpm, and Microsoft Office Software Suite experience
- Two years of progressive and comprehensive administrative support to a department-level manager
