Job Summary
The Sr. Associate Director, Digital Philanthropy is responsible for advancing the organization’s digital fundraising presence to achieve $750K in revenue by the end of year two. The position requires a unique skill set to design, manage, and execute digital campaigns that integrate peer-to-peer, crowdfunding, and social media, as well as lead standalone digital fundraisers, to drive year-over-year growth and community engagement. Responsible for building relationships internally and externally, this role blends strategic vision, budget management, and creativity to inspire generosity and deepen support for the organization’s mission.
Pay Range
Minimum $71,802 Midpoint $107,702 Maximum $143,582
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience
- Required: Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience in related field.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree or relevant combination of education and experience.
- Required: None required.
- Required: Strong organizational abilities. Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects, concurrently. Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and engagement with internal and external constituencies. Collaborative, creative and deadline-orientated team member who thrives in a workplace that strongly values integrity, adaptability, and innovation.
- Preferred: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). Understanding and demonstrated experience in engaging online audiences through various digital footprints, including email and social media. Good working knowledge of online social platforms (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn). Prospect or customer relationship management experience. Experience working in development, web/digital fundraising, volunteer management or related. Experience with Salesforce, Raisers Edge(NXT), or FundraiseUp.
