The Fine Print (That Really Matters)
At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay between 60K. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.

- Drive Upsell Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting qualified server customers to our cloud solution.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build trust and rapport with chiropractic professionals by deeply understanding their practice needs, demonstrating how ChiroTouch simplifies their operations, and guiding them confidently through the buying process.
- Contribute to a Winning Sales Culture: Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies, share market insights, and continuously improve sales performance across the team.

- Quota Attainment: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly software migration sales goals, measured by upsell revenue and closed-won deals.
- Conversion Rate: Maintain a high lead-to-close ratio by effectively qualifying prospects, delivering strong demos, and guiding practices through a confident buying experience.
- Average Revenue Per Deal (ARPU): Drive sales by upselling practices from the server to the cloud Chirotouch solution.
- Pipeline Health: Maintain a balanced, accurate, and well-documented pipeline with disciplined CRM usage and forecasting accuracy.
