Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive at Key Real Estate Capital. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new business and nurturing long-term client relationships. This role includes conducting discovery calls, understanding client investment goals, and recommending appropriate creative financing and real estate investment solutions. The Account Executive will collaborate with internal teams to structure deals, prepare proposals, and ensure a smooth onboarding and funding process. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining an organized pipeline in the CRM, meeting or exceeding sales targets, providing clear communication and education to clients, and representing the brand in virtual events, webinars, or community forums.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship-building skills: experience in consultative sales, account management, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Real estate and finance skills: familiarity with investment properties, lending products (e.g., DSCR, fix & flip, private capital), and basic financial analysis.
- Communication and presentation skills: ability to explain complex financing concepts clearly, lead discovery calls, and deliver compelling proposals.
- Organizational and technical skills: proficiency with CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and basic productivity software; strong time management and follow-through.
- Customer focus and problem-solving: demonstrated ability to understand client goals, handle objections, and craft creative, win–win solutions.
- Self-motivated and remote-ready: proven success working independently, managing priorities, and achieving targets in a remote environment.
- Preferred experience: background in real estate investing, mortgage brokerage, private lending, or financial services; prior experience in a high-activity sales role.
