Job Description & Requirements
A respected and expanding chiropractic organization in Owings Mills, MD, is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to support growth across two thriving clinic locations. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $90,000 to $115,000, plus bonuses.
The associate will work a Monday–Friday schedule, rotating between two established clinics, three days in the Baltimore area and two days in the Glen Burnie region. Patient volume expectations range from 150–200 adjustments per week, with strong administrative systems in place for efficient workflow, documentation, and care recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient consultations and detailed examinations
- Taking and reviewing X-rays as needed
- Presenting Reports of Findings and care recommendations
- Creating care and financial plans
- Performing high-quality chiropractic adjustments and re-exams
- Delivering active and passive rehab therapies
- Providing exercise instruction and guidance on nutrition, supplementation, and functional medicine
- Participating in regular trainings, meetings, and professional development seminars
This is an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor with 2–3 years of experience who thrives in a structured, process-driven practice model. Each doctor manages their own patient base while contributing to an overall team mission. The practice welcomes out-of-state candidates who hold, or are eligible to obtain, a Maryland chiropractic license.
