A well-established, patient-centered chiropractic clinic in Palos Park, IL is seeking an Associate Chiropractor to join its growing practice. This full-time position offers a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, with additional monthly bonuses and income opportunities through product sales.
The associate will work a full-time schedule of 31–40 hours per week, including full days on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, a half day on Saturday, and additional weekday coverage as needed. Expected patient volume is approximately 100 adjustments per week, allowing time for meaningful patient interactions and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting patient consultations, examinations, and re-exams
- Presenting Reports of Findings, care recommendations, and financial plans
- Delivering chiropractic adjustments using a variety of techniques
- Providing exercise instruction, therapy/rehab support, and lifestyle education
- Recommending nutritional supplements and wellness strategies
- Participating in professional development, trainings, and seminars
- Supporting internal and external marketing efforts including workshops, spinal screenings, and community outreach
