Job Description & Requirements
We are a well-established, multi-location chiropractic clinic in Maryland, and we’re looking for an Associate Chiropractor to support our growing patient base across Glen Burnie and Baltimore. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $90,000 to $110,000, with additional bonus and incentive opportunities. You’ll work five full days per week—two days in Glen Burnie and three days in Baltimore—with no weekend shifts required.
We’re looking for a confident, coachable DC who’s passionate about delivering excellent patient care. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Conduct consultations, exams, X-rays, and Reports of Findings
- Recommend care plans and financial options
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments and therapies (manual, activator, drop, soft tissue/ART/Graston)
- Provide guidance on exercises, nutrition, and rehab
- Support marketing efforts, including internal events and community education
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Experience in Webster technique and dry needling is a plus. You’ll need to hold—or be eligible for—a Maryland chiropractic license.
