Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Inventory Coordination
- Analyze inventory levels using ERP and Excel.
- Manage inventory cycle counting and annual physical inventory processes, including adjustments in ERP.
- Receive materials from the producing unit into ERP; troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Manage accessory inventory in the warehouse ensuring proper quantities and locations.
- Receive all shipments into ERP and verify accuracy.
- Create ERP receipts for accounting to support timely invoice payment.
- Purchase office and shop supplies cost-effectively.
- Assist purchasing and provide backup as needed
- Select materials for work orders using ERP and set priorities based on production needs.
- Run daily production reports for all open orders and maintain accurate status notes.
- Deliver daily production reports in team meetings.
- Maintain reports identifying past-due and rush orders.
- Allocate orders not requiring traditional cutting orders.
- Manage and fulfill all sample order requests.
- Process all order reselection requests in ERP and accurately log in Excel reporting file.
Knowledge and Skills
- Positive, energetic attitude with quick response to inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational skills for tracking inventory usage and reorder points.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Microsoft Excel experience.
- Ability to perform duties independently and effectively.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Inventory management
- Preferred: Experience in industrial products.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate degree or relevant work experience.
