The Customer Service Resolutions Associate supports the team by working to resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responds promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
- Investigates and diagnoses customer concerns to find appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and actions taken in CRM systems.
- Additional Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer Proficiency
- 1-3 years experience with Zendesk
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Data Entry
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able and motivated to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
