How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain children's records to include enrollments, discharges, filing and maintaining back files.
- Verification of benefits
- Ensure all classrooms have current and accurate child and emergency information, daily documentation forms and care plans
- Enter child specific training into the system and provide updates to supervisor
- Participate in development of child and staff schedules
- Provide support for facility needs including supplies and work order requests
- Maintain records of organizational drills
- Responsible for greeting parents and visitors, and answering the phone
- Step in to provide direct care as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: High school diploma with additional training/experience working with computers
- Required: One year of clerical/administrative work experience in the healthcare delivery or service industry required
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact as a part of an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to be thorough in all work with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
