Overview
The Scheduling Representative will perform routine scheduling of new, follow-up, and joint appointments requested by parents, patients and providers, utilizing scheduling principles and techniques for the ideal patient and provider experience. Provide customer service to those calling or receiving a call from the Children's Mercy Developmental and Behavioral Health scheduling department.

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $19.68/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Responsibilities
- Provides patient scheduling support to Developmental and Behavioral Health clinical services.
- Provides administrative and clerical functions for Developmental and Behavioral
- Adheres to customer service guidelines and demonstrates excellent customer service delivery in daily interactions.
- HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experience PC/Customer service experience/Data Entry/Call Center Experience/Medical Terminology.
