Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $101,987.37 to $152,981.05

Duties & Responsibilities
- Leads complex, enterprise-wide value analysis initiatives spanning Med/Surg, Physician Preference Items, and Lab/Ancillary portfolios
- Oversees category evaluations and system standardization initiatives within assigned portfolios, consistent with baseline Value Analysis Program Manager responsibilities
- Serves as a clinical and technical advisor to physicians, clinical leaders, and supply chain leadership on complex product and technology decisions
- Supports development and refinement of value analysis governance structures, frameworks, and methodologies
- Applies clinical evidence, utilization data, benchmarking, and market insights to inform product and technology evaluations
- Provides guidance on complex sourcing and contracting considerations in partnership with supply chain and sourcing teams
- Oversees clinical trials, product conversions, and system-wide implementations for higher-complexity initiatives
- Assists leadership with evaluation of emerging technologies and practice variation across clinical areas
- Provides mentorship and technical guidance to Value Analysis Program Managers supporting capability development and increasing independence
- Supports assignment and oversight of complex initiatives based on experience and scope
- Assists with clinical and operational response to product recalls, shortages, and supply disruptions
- Contributes to continuous refinement of the Value Analysis program as the organization and team evolve
- Guidelines: Fully qualified senior-level professional. Guidelines may not always be clearly applicable and require interpretation, adaptation of practices, and development of new approaches to address complex situations.
- Complexity: Duties assigned are highly complex and require coordination of multiple initiatives simultaneously across clinical, operational, and supply chain stakeholders. Work frequently involves navigating competing priorities and enterprise-wide impact.
- Decision Making: Exercises significant independent judgment and discretion in evaluating clinical technologies, recommending product strategies, and guiding enterprise value analysis initiatives.
- Communications: Regularly communicates with physicians, executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and suppliers where information must be interpreted, defended, and presented to support strategic decisions.
- Supervision Received: Works with minimal supervision and significant autonomy. Receives broad objectives from leadership and independently manages projects and initiatives through completion. May provide guidance and mentorship to other team members.
- Degrees
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience
- Minimum of Seven (7) years of related healthcare experience in a large complex hospital or healthcare system
- Equivalency
- Four (4) years of experience, beyond stated requirements, may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree
