Summary
This position is integral to the expansion and evolution of the Gift Administration and Data Strategy team and its contact management system to better meet the needs of the Foundation, especially during throughout the large fundraising campaign over the next several years. This role will work directly with the team's director in a database-focused position, filling a much-needed resource. Direct work products will inform strategic decisions throughout Foundation teams, as well as the direction of system tools and resources.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the creation and implementation of new database-related initiatives
- Test and implement new options or solutions that will improve efficiencies and optimal use of central record system
- Collaborate with Director of Gift Administration and Data Strategy to audit system coding and tools
- Responsible for regularly scheduled account maintenance and reconciliation of data
- Collaborate with Director of Gift administration and Data Strategy to create and update data management documentation
- Independently manage large-scale database projects with guidance from Director of Gift Administration and Data Strategy
- Synthesize and summarize fundings for Director that will inform strategic decisions
- Assist with ad hoc reporting needs, both internal and external to the Foundation
- Learn principles and processes of gift entry to be able to assist with larger Gift Administration team as needed
- At least 2 years related experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor/CRM database Required
- At least 2 years related experience working in a fundraising environment Preferred
- At least 5 years related experience with Raiser's Edge or similar donor/CRM databases Preferred
- Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required
