The Children's Center for Language & Culture, Inc. (ChiCeLaCu!) seeks enthusiastic, energetic, highly motivated, and resourceful, fully bilingual Spanish Teacher and Assistant Spanish Teacher for its Saturday Spanish Program, located at ChiCeLaCu Tysons/Falls Church. Established in 2007, ChiCeLaCu offers Spanish Preschool, Summer Camps, and At Your School programs in addition to Saturday Spanish School.

A minimum of one year of professional experience directly educating preschool and kindergarten-age children is required. Candidates should also have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, Arts, Music, or a similar field. Those with equivalent, relevant professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
All applicants MUST meet the following requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working with preschool- and kindergarten- age children.
- Classroom management skills, with the ability to create a structured, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and complete fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) are required to effectively communicate with children and their families.
- Must be patient, dependable, flexible, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and be a team player who has a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Willingness to commit for the duration of the current academic year, ensuring consistency and continuity for the children and program.
- Able to work legally in the U.S.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with educational objectives.
- Design and implement activities that align with the curriculum and educational goals
- Maintain a friendly demeanor with families and partner with parents to positively support every child's growth and create a welcoming environment.
- Prepare weekly parent updates, quarterly student assessments, and 2 parent-teacher conferences.
- Light housekeeping to ensure the assigned classroom is clean, sanitized, organized, and well maintained at all times.
- Build and sustain positive working relationships with fellow educators and administrative staff to promote a collaborative team atmosphere.
