Child Adult Resource Services an Equal Opportunity employer is seeking a Group Home Manager who will be responsible for ensuring each resident’s quality of living is safe, instructive, developmentally appropriate and their needed supports are being met.
The Group Home Manager is responsible for all aspects of hiring, training and supervising SGL DSPs who provide direct care services to the residents.
Applicants need to have positive energy, role-modeling skills, and be able to perform in a creative environment. Candidates should be flexible with changes in routine, work well as part of a team, and have a passion for helping others. Experience working with MR/DD – preferred but not required Experience in supervising, assisting, training people with disabilities in daily living activities (or) supervising learning activities of any age group is preferred but not required. High school diploma/GED required. Must have no criminal history, and an insurable driving record. Great pay and benefits and paid training is provided
