We’re partnered with a growing architecture and design firm looking to add a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end while also contributing to design, client relationships, and team leadership.
This role can flex based on experience — ideal for both strong Project Managers ready to grow and more experienced leaders looking to take ownership of larger, complex projects.
What You’ll Do
- Lead architectural projects from concept through completion
- Manage budgets, timelines, and overall project execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal design and external partners
- Support design development, construction documentation, and compliance with codes/regulations
- Oversee project financials, including scope, proposals, and cost tracking
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development (more heavily at the Sr. level)
- Identify risks and proactively solve project challenges
What We’re Looking For
- Background in Architecture or related field
- Licensed Architect (or ability to obtain) strongly preferred
- Experience managing architectural projects (complexity varies by level)
- Strong understanding of design development, construction documentation, and building codes
- Experience with tools like Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, SketchUp, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Leveling (Flexible Based on Experience)
- Project Manager: Focus on small to mid-sized projects with full lifecycle ownership
- Senior Project Manager: Lead larger, complex projects, mentor teams, and contribute to strategic planning
