Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers with professionalism and warmth
- Create a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment that enhances the client experience
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm client visits
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and prepare meeting materials presentations
- Perform a variety of administrative duties including scanning, filing, mail processing, and document preparation
- Maintain accurate records within databases and internal software systems
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Take meeting notes and maintain organized records
- Support the team with additional administrative and client service needs as they arise
