Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Member to join our dynamic team. We are small but strongly supported popular local Take out/Pick up only Restaurant. The ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves various tasks within the Take our only restaurant, including Guest Welcoming, Take our food packaging, Beverage making, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare drinks and packaging food items according to established manuals and standards.
- Operate Square point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen and Hallway.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist with Kitchen during busy time and maintaining a tidy store.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions.
- Inventory management
Qualifications
- Positive attitude with strong solution oriented mindset.
- Calm and strong under pressure
- Culinary experience or Cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
