Quality & Production Support Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
- Keep dish area clean and organized at all times
- Ensure trash is properly taken out and disposed of in designated areas
- Clean and replace filters on a scheduled basis
- Ensure equipment filters are maintained to proper standards
- Communicate any issues or maintenance needs
- Sweep and mop kitchen and BOH areas
- Assist with simple prep and baking tasks as assigned
- Ensure items are stocked and ready for service
- Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Qualifications and Requirements:
