What You'll Do:
- Prepare food products for the next day
- Organize and set up areas for the next day
- Clean and sanitize dishes to maintain a top-tier environment
- Maintain the cleanliness of all floors and areas throughout the restaurant
- Follow food safety and quality procedures with attention to detail
- Filleting chicken and restocking the product
- Work independently and as part of a small overnight team

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to safely and comfortably handle kitchen tools, equipment, and shelving at various heights
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable moving around during your shift and staying focused throughout
- Flexible and quick to adapt to changes
- A clear communicator who can work well with others
- A team player who works well with others
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once with a positive attitude
