- Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A quality standards
- Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization
- Work in multiple Back of House stations including breading, fries, boards, food prep, and assembly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Work efficiently and accurately during high-volume meal periods
- Support fellow Team Members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help maintain the speed, accuracy, and quality that guests expect
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- No prior experience required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
