Starting hourly wage: $17-$22/hour

Qualifications
Starting hourly wage: $17-$22/hour
Responsibilities Include
- learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques
- adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
- cross training in all stations - salad, sauté, plancha and wood oven
- assist with inventory management
- assist with prep and dishwashing when needed

Qualifications
- Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- Safe, competent knife skills
- Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs
- Experience with wood-fired cooking a plus
