FOH Team Leader Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
- Provide immediate, respectful, and genuine guest service
- Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork
- Train and coach team members on service standards and procedures
- Lead shift execution including breaks, positioning, and deployment
- Open and/or close the restaurant; act as key holder
- Manage cash drawers, deposits, and daily money controls
- Ensure accuracy in orders and point-of-sale execution
- Communicate clearly with Back of House leadership and senior leaders
- Address guest concerns with care and urgency
Qualifications and Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coach and lead team members effectively
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage performance and behavior professionally
- Prior leadership or shift-leading experience preferred but not required
