Key Responsibilities
Brand Experience & Community Impact
- Create memorable experiences for both Guests and Team Members through events, promotions, and intentional moments
- Develop and execute a community connection strategy (annual, quarterly, and monthly) that drives growth and engagement
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to expand our reach and influence
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Chick-fil-A and our Operator with excellence and consistency
Culture & Team Engagement
- Design and implement culture-building initiatives that strengthen team connection and morale
- Plan internal celebrations, recognition moments, and team-building events
- Partner with leadership to ensure our culture is not just talked about — but felt daily
Marketing & Outreach
- Manage and execute social media strategy and content creation
- Utilize digital tools, including email marketing and other platforms to increase engagement
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives to continuously improve results
- Build on past successful campaigns and identify new growth opportunities
Operations & Leadership Support
- Collaborate closely with the Operator and leadership team on weekly priorities and administrative responsibilities
- Be willing to step into operations when needed — serving guests, supporting the team, and leading by example

- Strong background in marketing, communications, business, or leadership
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and brand consistency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with social media platforms and tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations
