Brand Manager

Job Summary

We are a growing, owner-led home services company based in Moscow, Idaho, serving the Palouse and Lewis-Clark Valley since 2021. Founded by Brad and Nicole Covington, we handle everything from finish carpentry and handyman work to remodels, excavation, and full new home builds across Latah and Nez Perce counties (ID) and Whitman and Asotin counties (WA).

We are a Christ-centered company built on clear roles, ownership at every level, and a commitment to growing its people. As the business expands across three home services brands, it needs a dedicated media professional to tell its story.

Responsibilities

Video production

• Shoot on-site video and photo of projects in progress and completed: new builds,
• remodels, excavation, and finish work
• Edit short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, website) video,
• including color, audio, captions, and graphics
• Capture crew, customer testimonial, and behind-the-scenes content that shows the people behind the work
• Maintain and organize camera, audio, drone, and lighting gear and a searchable media library

Social media and content

• Plan and run a content calendar for each of the three brands, with a distinct voice for each
• Post and manage content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Write captions, respond to comments and messages, and build local community engagement
• Supply photo and video for websites, ads, and recruiting campaigns
• Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads) and report results to leadership monthly
• Stay current on platform trends and adjust content to what works

Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience shooting and editing video, ideally in marketing or social media.
• A portfolio or reel showing both shooting and editing work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar, plus basic graphics tools (Photoshop, Canva).
• Experience managing business accounts across multiple social platforms.
• Strong writing skills for captions and short-form copy.
• Self-directed and organized; able to juggle three brands and set your own schedule.
• Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites in all seasons.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing home services, construction, or trades businesses.
• Paid social experience (Meta and Google ads).
• Familiarity with website tools such as Framer.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, each of the three brands posts consistently on its own calendar, has a growing library of project footage, and shows measurable growth in reach, engagement, and inbound leads.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
