Kitchen Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, servant-hearted leader to join our leadership team as a Restaurant Manager, overseeing Back-of-House (BOH) operations.

• Lead kitchen operations with a focus on food safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Manage inventory, food cost, waste, and product rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Coach kitchen team members on procedures, equipment, and food quality.

• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Build a positive, encouraging, and accountable team culture.
• Manage labor to meet business needs while controlling costs.
• Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Lead by example with integrity, humility, and a servant’s heart.

• 2 years of restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience leading teams 
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Passion for hospitality and creating an outstanding guest experience
